Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Oyi Luxury Trans. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or using any of our services. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities between the customer and Oyi Luxury Trans in relation to the use of our transportation services. By booking or using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, WhatsApp, or authorized agents).
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit (as specified).
• Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp with all relevant booking details.

2. Service Duration & Inclusions

• Each vehicle rental includes a maximum of 10 hours per day.
• Services include a professional driver, fuel, toll & parking fees, and complimentary mineral water unless otherwise stated.
• Overtime is available upon request and will incur additional hourly charges.

3. Pickup & Drop-off Policy

• Complimentary pickup and drop-off apply to designated areas within South Bali (e.g., Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Canggu, Ubud).
• Outside of these areas, additional charges may apply.
• Guests must be ready at the scheduled pickup time; waiting time exceeding 30 minutes may count toward rental hours.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle respectfully.
• Smoking, excessive littering, or intentional damage is strictly prohibited. Cleaning or repair fees may apply.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times during the journey for safety compliance.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before service or for no-shows.

6. Force Majeure

• Oyi Luxury Trans is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, accidents, or government regulations.

7. Insurance

• All vehicles are covered with basic insurance during the rental period.
• Insurance does not cover personal belongings or loss due to negligence.

8. Modification of Itinerary

• Any changes to the planned route or schedule must be communicated and approved in advance.
• Additional fees may apply if changes result in longer distances, time extensions, or require changes to the vehicle type.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Oyi Luxury Trans is not responsible for any loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
• While we ensure safe and comfortable transport, passengers are responsible for their own safety and belongings during stops or detours.
